Frédéric Imbert

Statement

Since 2019, Frédéric Imbert has been developing interiors, furniture, and scenography, enriched by research and creation around new materials and textures. With an office in Paris and a workshop in Normandy, often in Beirut, a key city for his work, the designer highlights a natural aesthetic by working with unexpected, local materials. He works in a measured low-tech way and advocates a certain kind of spontaneity. His vision of production, with reuse in mind, a respect for time, highlights the handwork with a search for impact, emotional as much as it is visual. Frédéric Imbert has created pieces in fashion and luxury fields, with houses such as Isabel Marant, Jo Malone or Louis Gabriel Nouchi.
